Chilling letter sent to primary school threatening children when classes start

A primary school has been threatened with a surprise when it opens for lessons at 9am tomorrow. The warning letter, which claims children will be killed, is being treated as an Islamophobic threat.

Apex Primary School in Ilford, east London, received the letter, and a copy of it was shared on social media. It brands school staff child abusers.

The author also said they delight in the deaths of innocent Palestinians in Gaza and warns a "surprise" will be in the post at 9am on Friday, December 8.The letter claims the "surprise" will kill everyone at the school, including the children, and is signed: "Yours faithfully.

Your terrorist friend."The Mirror reports that, in correspondence sent to parents, headteacher Ms Meherun Hamid said the "letter made direct threats against the school and our children." She said it also claimed "that some action will be taken on Friday 8th December at 9am."
