Children chosen from schools and nurseries for Newmains and District Gala Day Court

A North Lanarkshire village is getting set for its highly anticipated long-running annual gala day.Children from local schools and nurseries in the area have already been chosen for this year’s Newmains and District Gala Day court and most of them got together for a group picture recently.The court comprises of youngsters from St Brigid’s Primary, Newmains Primary, Morningside Primary and Cambusnethan Primary and the three nurseries linked to all four schools.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
