Joe Hart admits it means everything to end his playing career at 'special' Celtic with a double. The Hoops No1 signed off from the club and his playing days with a Scottish Cup winners medal after a 1-0 win over Rangers in the Scottish Cup Final at Hampden, thanks to Adam Idah's 90th minute strike.

The hitman followed up on a Jack Butland spill to fire beyond the Light Blues stopper.It's been an emotional week for Hart who signed off from Parkhead last weekend as Brendan Rodgers' men got their hands on the Scottish Premiership trophy before featuring for the final time as a professional yesterday.

The 37-year-old branded his day out at the national stadium as a 'huge moment' and said it is very important to acknowledge the good times.

As part of his social media address he sent congratulations to everybody associated with the club and especially the fans.The former England international also revealed he will now take a few days out to himself to take everything in from the whirlwind couple of weeks before sending a message to the Parkhead faithful to try sum up how he feels and what every single supporter means to him.
