Charlotte Dawson has admitted she's an 'emotional wreck' after welcoming her second child into the world. The reality TV star took to social media to share the moment her two sons met for the first time days after giving birth to baby Jude.

A few days prior to her baby son's arrival, Charlotte revealed she had been rushed into hospital after her water had broken, but that it was a 'false alarm' and she had been sent back home to wait out the remaining time.

However, early on Sunday morning (July 30), Charlotte announced the birth of her second child with fiancé Matt Sarsfield. She shared the news on social media, revealing that the baby boy was born in the early hours of the same morning.
