The former Coronation Street star took to Instagram to share a sweet snap of the pair watching the sunset on a recent break, Brooke and footballer Kean, who share sons Mexx and Monroe, had their backs to the camera as they embraced and took in the view in front of them. "This time 7 years ago we woke up to go to Alton Towers on the day we would make our relationship official..." she started the caption of her post.
