Boutique gym with high-energy cycle classes to open in Manchester centre city this month
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA new boutique gym and spin cycle studio is opening in a former city centre cocktail bar this month. Ryde, a fitness firm from Leeds, is opening its flagship studio in a basement unit underneath Barton Arcade in Deansgate.
The unit that was left vacant in early 2020 when the cocktail bar shut down has been transformed into a vast new spin cycle, fitness, and yoga studio.
Ryde’s newest studio will be opening its doors on Monday, March 18 and is promising to bring an ‘unrivalled fitness experience’ to Manchester.
The gym will become part of Manchester’s growing fitness scene that includes the likes of Barry’s, TRIB3, and BLOK. Founded by chief executive Kyle Harris, Ryde opened its first studio in central Leeds in 2022 and has since garnered a cult following and loyal customer base.
