Bodies of Brits found in burnt-out car in Sweden 'need to be identified with dental records'

Two bodies recovered from a torched car in Sweden were burnt so badly that they will need to be identified using 'dental records', according to reports.A double murder probe has been launched after the grim find of two bodies, believed to belong to Brits Juan Cifuentes, 33, and Farooq Abdulrazak, 37.The two travel agents were both reported missing by their loved ones after they travelled to northern Europe.

On Sunday, firefighters in the city of Malmo, recovered two bodies from a burnt out car.The wrecked car is understood to be the same Toyota that the pair had previously rented at Kastrup airport, although British authorities say the pair have yet to be formally identified, The Mirror reports.The two British men were spotted in the car on CCTV cameras as they made their way over the Öresund Bridge before the tragic discovery.According to local media, the men were brutally shot dead before the car was set alight.

New forensic examinations were set to be carried out on Wednesday. It has been reported that at least one victim had allegedly endured bullet wounds.

Authorities in Sweden initially said they “have an idea of who they are”, with local outlet TV4 alleging that the bodies were burned so severely that they “needed to be identified with dental records”.Police are treating the killings as a double murder.
