Motherwell are reportedly 'in talks' with Blackburn Rovers winger Dilan Markanday over a loan switch to Fir Park this month.The 21-year-old is out of favour at Ewood Park, having been unable to earn first team football under boss Jon Dahl Tommason following his move to the club last year under then-boss Tony Mowbray.
And according to Football Scotland, the Steelmen are currently in talks with the former Tottenham Hotspur player over a six-month loan deal, which would include the option of a permanent move in the summer.
The move comes amid news Motherwell are also pursuing a loan deal for Japanese midfielder Riku Danzaki from J League outfit Consadole Sapporo.
