BIG Brother stars Bex Shiner and Luke Marsden reunited for the first time in 12 years after their bitter split. The pair captured the nation's hearts with their unlikely love story when they appeared on the Channel 4 show in 2008.

The pair had the nation hooked thanks to their outrageous flirting - but sadly split after 18 months together. Bex explained that she "fell out of love" with Luke which left him very "angry" at her for a long time.

The former TV star revealed that they were both approached to go on Ultimate Big Brother, however Luke turned it down as he didn't want to appear on the show with her.

However, over decade later, Bex was forced to contact Luke over the phone after their dog sadly died. "I just asked if he wanted to have a conversation, to straighten some things out, put some things to rest just to make it a bit more memorable for us both. "We spent a good two hours talking and it was the first time we'd spoken since we broke up," the glamour model added. "We spoke about a lot of things and talked things out to make our experience a bit more memorable because we had all this hatred."
