Nick Knowles has pleaded with his following to 'be kind' as he awaits news about his future in Strictly Come Dancing. The DIY SOS star has been keeping them updated after he revealed he'd suffered a non-dancing injury over the weekend.

Instead of marking his special day with his family, Nick was seen giving it his all in week one of Strictly 2024 alongside his professional dance partner Luba Mushtuk.
