Strictly Come Dancing fans were left distracted as they claim they spotted a 'ghost' in the live studio audience. As ever, viewers' eyes were just as much on who was sitting on the sidelines as to what was happening on the dance floor on Saturday night (October 19).

The joy and sparkle of the BBC One dance contest returned for week five with the remaining 12 couples performing to impresses not just the voting public watching from home but also the all-important judges Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke.

They were awarded 33 points, with Craig providing criticism, saying the performance was "dishevelled in places", despite Motsi calling it "exquisite".
