deadline.com3 Body Problem will launch on Netflix nearly four years after first being revealed. But fans excited for the sci-drama series from Game of Thrones showrunners will have to wait a little bit longer than previously expected.
The series, which comes from David Benioff and D.B. Weiss as well as Alexander Woo (The Terror: Infamy) will launch on March 21, 2024.
Last June, when Netflix first unveiled a trailer for the series, which is based on Chinese author Liu Cixin’s sci-fi book trilogy, the streamer said the series would launch in January 2024.
3 Body Problem is the story of humanity’s first contact with an alien civilization. It follows a young woman, whose fateful decision in 1960s China reverberates across space and time into the present day.
