A Youtube star's sudden rare cause of death has been revealed after she died last month at the age of 30. Alexandra - known to her fans as Pretty Pastel Please - died 'suddenly' in June, with her family issuing a heartfelt statement following her tragic passing.

On Friday, the social media star's family posted to Facebook to share details of a memorial for the YouTuber in Scotland, where her family is based, as well as sharing the coroner's report into her passing.

It comes after a statement on Instagram confirmed that Pretty Pastel Please, the Australian YouTuber known for her vlogs, fashion hauls and travel videos, died in June and it was disclosed that her death was "sudden, unexpected and devastating to all who knew her." According to Daily Mail, in a post shared on Facebook on Friday, the family wrote: "Our beloved Alexandra passed away almost 6 weeks ago next Wednesday at approximately 8.30 pm on the 26th of June 2024. "It was determined by the Tasmanian Coroner that Alexandra's sudden death was due to a very rare, debilitating and fatal infection of her heart.

A condition that affects approximately one in every fifteen million people ; named LYMPHOCYTIC MYOCARDITIS." The post continued by detailing the disease, which it described as "often viral in natural" and recalled broadcasts where Alexandra "felt faint." It read: "This disease is often viral in nature and affects breath control, the heart muscle and beat as well as oxygen levels causing fatal arrhythmias and extreme lethargy and chest pain. "Friends and followers would remember Alex's final two broadcasts which were cut short due to her feeling faint, and short of breath. "This was, unbeknown to her due to her heart failing.
