While sharing the positive news that she has now completed her course of preventive chemotherapy, Kate, 42, gave viewers a glimpse into everything she holds near, including her children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
As well as stunning shots of Kate and her husband Prince William enjoying time with their youngsters on the beach and in the forest, there were also a number of other cameos of things that Kate considers important in her life, as she spoke about having time "to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted." Captured by filmmaker Will Warr, the heartwarming footage depicts the princess basking in the summer sun within the serene Norfolk woods, and tender moments of embrace between Kate and her husband scattered throughout.
In the softly-spoken voiceover, Kate said: "The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you.
