Young man who used fake passport to fly to Glasgow is jailed

A young man who used a fake passport to fly into Glasgow Airport has been jailed. Shayan Mohammadyan spent Christmas Day in the cells after being caught on December 24 last year with a fake Greek passport.The 22-year-old was using a passport in the name of Petros Pavidis to fly through the Caledonia Way site before heading to Canada.Suspicions arose when Mohammadyan couldn’t provide accommodation details for his two-week stay in Canada and detailed his lack of finances.
