The fiance of an X Factor boyband star has died after falling from a hotel window. Olly Marmon, whose partner was Union J's James 'Jaymi' Hensley, tragically died on Monday morning after falling from the window at the Hind Hotel in Wellingborough in Northampton, the Mirror reports.

Emergency services rushed to the scene at around 11.30pm on Sunday night, but Olly, 33, was sadly pronounced dead around an hour later.

A 34-year-old man from Rushden, Northants, was arrested on suspicion of murder but has been released without charge. However, it was recently confirmed that the detectives are no longer treating the case as murder following the results of a forensic post-mortem.
