A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after three children were tragically found dead in a home in Bristol on Sunday (February 18).

Avon and Somerset Police said the 'heartbreaking' discovery was made after officers attended a concern for welfare call in Blaise Walk, Sea Mills, at about 12:40am.

Three children were pronounced dead at the scene and their cause of death is yet to be confirmed. An investigation has now been launched and a 42-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
