You can buy a piece of television history for $225,000. The Evansville, Indiana “Roseanne house” is back on the market. The outside was used to establish the location for the Roseanne and The Conners series.

The house is near the University of Evansville at 619 Runnymeade Avenue. The inside looks nothing like the sitcom. Roseanne was created by Evansville native, Matt Williams.

The house was last on sale in 2015. Listing Agent Dorren Hallenberger claims people have been reaching out about the famous home. “People wanna know what the inside looks like now since they watched the television show,” said Hallenberger. “People looked at all the interior pictures online so people just to know what’s going on in Evansville, and you know it’s important to the community.” The home has four bedrooms and two full baths.

It is being sold “as is,” although freshly painted with news carpets. See the complete listing here. By providing your information, you agree to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
