It's that time of year again when we can look forward to longer days and warmer weather. The clocks moved forward one hour on Sunday morning, which means we've said goodbye to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and welcomed British Summer Time (BST).
This change happened at 1am, while most of us were probably fast asleep. So, Sunday will only have 23 hours, and sadly, we'll lose an hour of sleep.
