Soccer Aid is back for another year as England takes on a World XI to raise money for charity. This year's game is taking place at Stamford Bridge as a host of celebrities and former professional footballers take to the pitch.

Money raised from the night will go to UNICEF to help with its mission of providing vaccines, tackling malnutrition and protecting children in times of crisis, such as war and other disasters.
