Tru Valentino's Future on 'The Rookie' Season 7 Revealed Ahead of Midseason Premiere

The 35-year-old actor’s status on the show was relatively unknown, but we now know he won’t be back as a series regular, according to TV Line. Tru has played Aaron Thorsen on the police drama since season four. Keep reading to find out more… When he first came in, Aaron was “a TikTok-famous personality who, after being acquitted of a headlines-making murder charge, joined the Mid-Wilshire Division as a rookie cop.” He recurred in season four and was promoted to series regular in season five.
It’s unknown if he will be appearing in season seven at all. The Rookie‘s new season won’t be premiering until 2025 during the midseason, but the good news is that it will air all episodes straight through.
