Tributes paid to Tullibody man who died in horror A91 road smash

The man killed in a horror smash on a Hillfoots road earlier this month has been named as 67-year-old Peter Knox.Mr Knox, from Tullibody, died following the three-car collision on the A91 – between Alva and Menstrie.The crash happened at around 11.20am on Thursday, February 9.

A red Fiat 500, a red Kia Picanto and a blue Honda CR-V were involved in the collision. Initially, police said that four people were hospitalised, including Mr Knox, who was the driver of the Fiat 500 who sustained serious head injuries.

His 58-year-old female passenger’s condition was described as serious but stable.The 75-year-old female driver of the red Kia Picanto and the 62-year-old female driver of the blue Honda CR-V remained in hospital for treatment.

Their conditions were described by medical staff as stable.However, Mr Knox died in hospital on Saturday, February 11.Tributes have been paid following his death.
