Misfit Todd Cantwell WILL leave Rangers this summer with a deal to Blackburn Rovers now agreed. it comes after Rovers' boss boss John Eustace declared that NO incoming deals were close just hours ago.

The 26-year-old has been desperate to end his time in the Scottish Premiership after handing in a transfer request to Philippe Clement - which saw the Belgian relegate the 26-year-old to the B team.

Now the former Norwich City midfielder looks to have got his wish with just hours until the deadline. Record Sport understands that Blackburn and Rangers have agreed a six-figure free for the playmaker with the Ewood Park owners now signing off the deal.

Cantwell has now agreed to the move south of the border as he looks to kickstart his career after a disappointing 18 months in Scotland.
