Journalist and TV presenter Fiona Phillips has revealed her heartbreaking diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease aged just 62. The former GMTV presenter and Mirror columnist started suffering with brain fog and anxiety before being diagnosed with the condition 18 months ago. "This disease has ravaged my family and now it has come for me," she said.

She lost both her mother and father to the cruel disease along with her grandparents and uncle who also received the diagnosis, reports the Mirror.
