The Script's bassist Ben Sargeant has paid an emotional tribute to guitarist Mark Sheehan, after he died aged 46. On Friday, Irish band The Script sadly announced the death of one of their members, Mark Sheehan, who passed away aged 46 on Friday, 14 April, after suffering from a brief illness.
On Sunday, bass player and backup singer Ben Sargeant took to his personal Instagram to pay tribute to his bandmate. He posted a screenshot of a long note message where he talked about Mark, who he had been playing music with since 2001.
He captioned the post: "Rest In Peace Mark Sheehan" along with a broken heart emoji. Ben wrote: "This is so difficult to write.
Struggling to find words that are good enough. What can I say about a man who had a life changing impact on me and all around him. "A fiercely loyal and dedicated family man, husband, father, brother, friend.
