In a clip posted to Instagram, Jenner popped the question to a very surprised Blanco, who hugged him immediately. Jenner's mum Linda Thompson commented on the proposal, gushing over the couple. "The perfect culmination to a beautiful romance, and an incredibly wonderful day!
