Talented Dumbarton youngster whose singing went viral is busking in Glasgow
dailyrecord.co.ukA Dumbarton mum has said she couldn’t be prouder of her talented daughter as she begins busking in Glasgow city centre.Young sensation Rosie Mae Tiffoney is going from strength-to-strength and is now busking on Buchanan Street in Glasgow which becomes the latest feat for the young superstar.Little Rosie is already known as a viral superstar as her cover of TikTok star Jax’s song Victoria’s Secret gained a total of 8.6 million views on the social media platform.Her cover was seen by Jax who invited young Rosie and her mum over to Hollywood to meet her.The nine-year-old pupil from Aitkenbar Primary had already been busking in the city centre where she received a lot of admiration and donations for her efforts.She had decided to donate £100 of her earnings back in December to a local foodbank in Energie Fitness.And mum Kim is so proud of how far she has come, saying: “Rosie loves singing on the streets of Glasgow, she feels so at ease performing here this helps with building her confidence due to the ongoing love and support she receives from the lovely people who pass her by each week.“Her favourite moment yet was when an elderly lady got emotional listening along to her and approached to tell her to ‘never stop singing and always follow your dreams’.”Showcasing her talents on social media has put Rosie in the firing line for online trolls, but the inspiring youngster refuses to let them faze her.Kim continued: “Due to her large social media following she has also received a lot of hateful comments too, this was something that worried me as a parent as I know and understand this can seriously impact and affect children negatively.“She is incredibly passionate and hungry to be on the stage.
