After tying the knot in 2015, the couple went their separate ways after just three years of marriage in 2018 - both later moving onto romances with current partners Jordan Wyn-Jones and Stacey Dooley.

Five years on from that miserable period, the 41 year old Venezuelan-American told The Sun that her professional discipline could not help her in during the personal crisis.

She said: "I went through a really tough divorce, and it was the most difficult thing I’ve faced on my own — and, I guess, in a spotlight.

Strictly Come Dancing has announced Les Dennis as the final celebrity joining the ballroom cast in 2023.
