"At the moment, I am, as Lady Gaga says, in love with my art, with my passion, with my job," Vito, 31, shared. "I'm very lucky with my career.
So at the moment, it's just me, myself and I." But lack of a love interest doesn't mean Vito isn't indulging in some romantic dinners for one.
When he's not dazzling us with his footwork in the UK and missing his homeland, Italy, Vito loves to play chef in the evening, setting the mood with candles and reflecting on the positives in his life. "Sometimes I treat myself," Vito said. "I like to prepare nicely, even though it's just myself, with a bit of decoration and food, and I light a candle and I say to myself, 'OK, I'm grateful for this, I'm grateful for this life, I'm grateful for this food.' I think of my family, because food always brings me to my family.
I just feel very, very happy and grateful, actually. So sometimes I have a date with myself." Being single allows Vito Coppola to pour his energy into his career, and he's about to spice things up in the Celebrity MasterChef kitchen to test if he's got his cherished nonna's knack for pasta. "I love dancing, and it's my passion, but food is my first love," Vito said. "I always say food feeds the world it connects people, reunites people and keeps people together.
