A popular Manchester restaurant has announced that its beloved roasts will be returning to the menu this week - and they’ll be free until they’re gone this Sunday.

Maray, which has a restaurant in the city centre on Brazennose Street, off Albert Square, has become known for its Sunday roasts which take inspiration from Middle Eastern cuisine and feature a wealth of flavours.

The Lincoln Square venue’s take on the British staple features classic Yorkshire puddings and roast veggies partnered with crispy fenugreek potatoes and butternut squash tershi - a classic spiced dip found on dining tables across Libya. Thankfully, after a hiatus, the roasts are returning this weekend and hundreds are going to be handed out on Sunday (September 22) from 12pm until they’re all gone.
