Stephen Amell Reveals Why He Doesn't Support The SAG-AFTRA Strike

Stephen Amell doesn’t seem to be a fan of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike. The Heels star, who is also known for his leading role in The CW’s Arrow, shared his thoughts about the strike, calling it “myopic”, during a recent fan convention over the past weekend. Keep reading to find out more… Some of the words he used about it also included “incredibly frustrating” and a “reductive negotiating tactic.” According to Deadline, Stephen says that while he supports “my union, I do, and I stand with them but I do not support striking, I don’t.” “I think it is a reductive negotiating tactic and I find the entire thing incredibly frustrating and I think the thinking as it pertains to shows like the show that I’m on [Heels], that premiered last night, I think it’s myopic.” Stephen is one of the biggest names to speak out against the strike, as most others, are in support of it and have been seen on the picket lines since it started in mid-July.
