A shooting outside a church has left four people, including a seven-year-old girl, injured in north London.A funeral was reportedly taking place at the church, located near to St Pancras station, when emergency services were alerted at around 1.30pm on Saturday.Police said initial enquiries suggested the shots were “fired from a moving vehicle”.The Met Police said three women, aged 41, 48 and 54, were injured when a gun was fired.
The trio were taken to a central London hospital, with the 48-year-old suffering potentially life-changing injuries.The injuries of the other women are not thought to be life-threatening.
The seven-year-old was also taken to hospital with injuries from the same shooting although details of their conditions are currently unclear.Police are out in force on Phoenix Road where the incident took place.A Met spokesperson said: “An urgent investigation is under way and details of the incident are still emerging.
At this early stage there have been no arrests. “The incident took place in the vicinity of a church where a funeral was taking place.
