Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani is still awaiting a response from the Glazer family to his submission to buy Manchester United.

Sheikh Jassim and the Ineos Group, led by Sir Jim Ratcliffe, submitted offers upwards of £5billion in May but sources say there is a "real concern" the Glazers may not sell United.

Sheikh Jassim's offer remains on the table. The Manchester Evening News reported in February Joel and Avram Glazer, the United co-chairmen, are reluctant to sell.
