Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville has accused the Glazers of depressing ambition and playing with the club after defeat to Arsenal.
On Sunday, reports in the Daily Mail claimed the Reds owners were ready to take United off the market because they had not received a bid in the region of £10bn.
Sky Sports have since reported the two bidders - Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani and Sir Jim Ratcliffe - are unaware of any change on the status of the sale.

And speaking on Sky Sports after United lost to Arsenal, Neville reiterated his anger on the situation.
