Manchester United are first up to the plate on Saturday lunchtime when they play Brighton in the Premier League (12.30pm). Erik ten Hag will be without five first-team players for that match - while Jadon Sancho is another doubt after missing the 1-0 victory over Fulham due to an ear infection.

Sancho, who was re-integrated into the squad by Ten Hag this summer, despite their high-profile spat last season, faces an uncertain future at Old Trafford with the deadline looming.
