Heartbreaking tributes have been made to a pregnant young woman who 'went for a nap and never woke up'. 21-year-old Leah Roberts, who was five months pregnant, tragically passed away after feeling unwell on August 1.

Leah had learnt just three days before her death that she was going to be the mother of a baby girl whom she planned to name Leena-Rose.

The exact cause behind Leah's untimely passing is still unknown. Becky Davies, a close friend, shared a heartfelt tribute to the 'selfless' mum-to-be, who she described as a 'goodball with a massive heart', reports Wales Online.
