Scots conspiracy theory graffiti artist strikes again with scrawl featuring sinister 'know your enemy' message

Councillor Kenny MacLaren blasted the “mindless” culprit behind the defaced structure next to the play area at Maxwellton Park. “Know your enemy” was painted on the wall, accompanied by an arrow pointing to scribblings which said: “World Economic Forum and those following orders”.
The government, media, doctors, police and NHS were then referenced. It’s not the first time that this spot has been marred with such graffiti.
The wall was targeted in April of last year with the word “Scamdemic” and the February before that with a similar message. Councillor MacLaren said: “There has to be someone who knows who is doing this and it’s time to make them pay for the costs of cleaning up this mess.
