The number of young people suffering with mental health problems was already huge before lockdown and figures have predictably soared over the last year.

That's why Maia Taylor came up with the idea of The Little Box of Well-Being, tailored specifically for young people. They feature goodies such as stationery, badges and mini bath bombs, alongside information on how to reduce overthinking - with individual quote cards they can display on their walls.
