Chadwick Boseman was buried near his South Carolina hometown, according to a death certificated obtained on Monday by The Associated Press.The burial took place six days after the Black Panther star died at his home in Los Angeles of colon cancer.Boseman, who was 43, was laid to rest on 3 September in Belton, South Carolina, at the Welfare Baptist Church Cemetery.Belton is located approximately 11 miles away from Boseman’s hometown of Anderson, where he was born and raised.Anderson also held a public memorial for Boseman.The actor died at his home near Griffith Park in Los Angeles on 28 August, the certificate states.The immediate cause of death was listed as multiple organ failure, with the underlying cause of colon cancer.
