dailyrecord.co.ukSaturday Night Live star Pete Davidson has been charged with reckless driving following an incident which occurred in March this year, when the 29-year-old comedian and actor was reportedly involved in a car crash in Los Angeles.The Suicide Squad actor allegedly hit a fire hydrant and crashed into the side of a house around 11pm with his girlfriend and co-star Chase Sui Wonders reportedly in the car, reports Deadline news.Greg Risling, LA County District Attorney's office assistant chief of media relations told the publication: "We believe that Mr Davidson engaged in reckless driving, which ultimately resulted in his involvement in a serious collision into a home"Luckily, no one was seriously injured as a result of this collision.
We know that reckless driving can have devastating consequences."The charge is being treated as a misdemeanour.The 29-year-old acting star has been involved in three major action franchise films this year already with his debut in Guardians of the Galaxy vol 3 as he dips his toe in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
He also voiced Mirage, one of the film's main characters, in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and also made a cameo appearance in Fast X , the first part of the two (or three)-part finale of the high-octane series, reports DigitalSpy.
