Sam Underwood Won't Be Charged for Domestic Violence, Case Rejected By City Attorney
justjared.comSam Underwood is off the hook after being arrested for felony domestic violence. The 36-year-old actor, best known for his work on Fear The Walking Dead, was taken into custody earlier this month after he and a woman allegedly got into a “heated argument that got physical” in the early hours of the morning. Sam was arrested after the cops observed “visible marks” on the woman’s body, though she did not need medical attention.
He was booked and released after being in custody for 10 hours. Now, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office is speaking out. Keep reading to find out more… The rep told TMZ, “After careful review, prosecution has been declined because there is a lack of sufficient evidence to prove the matter beyond a reasonable doubt.” The case has officially been rejected and Sam is no longer facing the charges. Sam‘s ex-wife, actress Valorie Curry, previously spoke out through a rep to deny she was the woman in question.
