A level results have been released which means students up and down the country will be collecting the results today. Most will be hoping they have scooped the grades they needed to get into their first or second-choice universities.
However, for many reasons, it may be that your grades did not quite meet what was needed so you have a decision to make. Many will opt to go through Clearing - the process of applying to universities that still have places available on courses. People will be able to apply for Clearing at Salford if they are applying after June 3-, didn't receive an offer they wanted to accept, didn't meet the conditions of their offers or changed their minds about what they want to study.
Clearing for the university opened on Wednesday and will be open on Thursday from 7.30am to 7pm, Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 12pm, and from Monday August 21 to Friday August 25 from 9am to 5pm.
