Strictly turmoil as star hit by 'viscious' illness just weeks before show kicks off

She approached her fans on social media to see if they had any tips, the Mirror reports. Over a black background, she wrote: "Food poisoning.

Amanda's sickness is the most recent in a turn of sour events for Strictly bosses. Her co-star Adam Thomas previously revealed he was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
