Rebecca Ferguson joins Cillian Murphy in ‘Peaky Blinders’ movie
nme.comNetflix has announced that Rebecca Ferguson has joined the cast of the upcoming Peaky Blinders movie.The streaming platform shared the news on its official social media channels on Thursday (July 25).
It’s not yet known which role the Dune actress will be playing.The hit BBC period crime drama, which starred Oscar winner Cillian Murphy as gangster and businessman Tommy Shelby, concluded in 2022 after six seasons.
Its creator, Steven Knight, has since announced his plans to wrap up the story with a feature-length film, rather than a seventh season.Although the full cast for forthcoming movie has not yet been announced, Knight has previously confirmed that Murphy will be reprising his lead role.
