During the London 2012 Games, hosted by the UK, a special coin collection was circulated. To mark the occasion, 29 uniquely designed coins were introduced.Now a TikTok user revealed one particular coin from this collection is worth 500 times its face value.
User @CoinCollectingWizard, known for his rare coin finds, has amassed a following of 168,800 on the platform. In a recent video, he highlighted the Athletics 50p coin.
He stated: "If you are lucky enough to have this 50p then it is now worth £200. "Collectors are keen to get their hands on this piece of history.
