Queen Camilla's guilty TV pleasures - from Bridgerton to 'sneaking off to watch Coronation Street'
ok.co.ukQueen Camilla recently revealed that she is a fan of Netflix's hit show Bridgerton as she walked around a garden inspired by the Regency-themed drama at the Chelsea Flower Show.
And while the Queen is an avid reader, she is certainly not one to shy away from soap operas and other popular TV shows. At an event in 2022, Camilla suggested she had watched Netflix's The Crown when she joked with her "fictional alter ego" Emerald Fennell, who portrayed Camilla in the drama, that she could finish her speech for her at an event.
As well as enjoying Netflix shows, the Queen is reportedly a fan of the hit British soap Coronation Street - and loves to indulge in the programme when she "sneaks" away to her home in Wiltshire.
While the Royal Family has an impressive portfolio of official residences around the country, the Queen has kept up her private home in Wiltshire which she bought after her divorce from Andrew Parker-Bowles in 1994.
