are gearing up to release their fourth album ‘Romance’ later this month. The nu-metal inspired record is due out August 23, shortly before the band take to the main stage of Reading & Leeds 2024.Speaking to NME backstage at Glastonbury, guitarist Carlos O’Connell said: “For the first time, it’s an album that looks at our present with a forward view, you know?”“I think in the past we’ve either tried to live in the past or missed the past.
Now we’re trying to understand the world we live in right now and not try to think of something that’s gone, but think of what’s to come,” he added.Now, following a UK headline tour in November, Fontaines D.C.
