Parklife has arrived at Heaton Park with a host of headliners including Aitch, the 1975 and Little Simz. The huge music festival is expected to see more than 80,000 people in attendance across Saturday and Sunday.
It is set to be another busy weekend for Manchester as there will also be huge gigs from The Courteeners on Friday; The Weeknd and Roger Waters on Saturday night; and Soccer Aid at Old Trafford on Sunday.
While the Metrolink will be up and running this weekend - afterer staff and drivers suspended planned strike action - Parklife fans are being encouraged to book tickets for the Parklife Shuttle Bus service, which will travel to the site and back from the city centre.
