Olympics star Helen Glover cheered on by Strictly Come Dancing husband and their three kids as she competes for Team GB gold

Helen - who is competing with teammates Esme Booth, Sam Redgrave and Rebecca Shorten - was supported by her husband Steve Backshall and her children, five-year-old Logan and three-year-olds Kit and Willow, in an adorable Instagram post as he rounded up some famous faces to motivate the team.
British naturalist and explorer Steve, who competed on Strictly Come Dancing in series 12 with Orla Jordan, posted a video on Instagram and captioned it: "For Esma, Rebecca, Sam and Hels, a message of good luck from some of your fans.
COME ON THE FOUR!!!". He'd also rounded up a few celebs - including Nicole Sherzinger and Thom Evans, Cat Deeley, Alison Hammond, Bear Grylls, Gaby Roslin and Rob Beckett - to wish the girls "all the best".
