North Lanarkshire Council’s Tenant Participation Service has been rated ‘Gold’ in the Tenant Participation Advisory Service Scotland (TPAS) National Good Practice Awards, recognising its role in involving and supporting local tenants and residents.

In a first for the Tenant Participation Team with the gold rating being awarded following an independent assessment of NLC’s Tenant Participation Service and its work across communities.The Gold TPAS Accreditation Status, the highest accreditation mark awarded, is nationally recognised for providing an accurate and independent assessment of tenant participation services.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
